Strategic Alliances

LaundryCares Foundation has partnered with organizations who align with our mission and vision to provide much-needed services to under-served communities. Through our partnerships with these organizations, we’ve been able to help thousands of people through our ongoing events and programs. Here below is a list of our current strategic partners.

Too Small to Fail

To Small to FailWe know that families spend an average of 2.5 hours during each visit to the laundromat – it’s just part of a regular routine for many parents. With this in mind, Too Small to Fail – a non-profit initiative of the Clinton Foundation and The Opportunity Institute, which aims to help prepare America’s youngest children for success – teamed up with the Coin Laundry Association and other partners to help turn this often tedious routine into an experience that can be both enjoyable and educational for families and their littlest learners.

Too Small to Fail has created a toolkit of materials for laundry owner’s to print for use in their stores and to make available to parents. These materials are available for free at various laundromats around the country.

Laundry Project

Laundry ProjectLaundry Project is an initiative of Current Initiatives, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization incorporated in Florida that started with young adults committed to educating others on current social initiatives and mobilizing them to bring about change.

The Laundry Project assists low-income families with meeting a basic need – washing clothes and linens, by turning laundromats into community centers of hope. Laundry fees are paid for while volunteers assist with laundry services, entertain children, and create a caring space at the laundromat.

In partnership with our friends and creators of Laundry Love, Just One, to host Laundry Projects across the U.S.
